Benefits of Joining The Central Carolina Outdoor Club

There are many benefits of joining the Central Carolina Outdoor Club (CCOC), a premier North American hunting club. If you are interested in quality bow hunting, deer, wild turkey, quail hunting or fishing, you’ve come to the right place!

1) You know that you and your family are much safer. If anyone else is hunting or fishing the same property, it is because you brought them with you either as a guest or they are your wife or children. No one else has the right to hunt or fish that piece of land, because it is yours for the day.

2) Instead of being limited to one piece of land all season, you have many choices of properties on which to go fishing, deer, turkey, or quail hunting.

3) Because CCOC is an affiliate club of the American Wildlife Association (AWA) you have the opportunity to hunt different game in different states by utilizing hunting land leased by other affiliate clubs in those areas.

4) In order to provide quality deer and deer hunting experience, we actively manage the hunting land that we lease.

5) We have antler restrictions in place to improve the quality of our whitetail deer hunting.

6) We encourage the harvest of does.

7) We are involved in supplemental feeding through feed and food plots. Food plots benefit the wild turkey hunting, quail hunting and all wildlife in general.

8) All of our members are screened upon application. You will be joining an organization of quality outdoorsmen with integrity.

9) We run a disciplined club. Our members are required to obey state, local and club regulations. Violators will be penalized by suspension or
cancellation of membership. We work with the North Carolina Department of Wildlife Resources and the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources in order to ensure compliance with all game laws.

10) All hunting land is available to all members equally. There are no preferred or privileged members. Every acre of land is available to every member.

11) “One member one vote” guarantees all members an equal voice in deciding policies and club rules that the majority deems are in need of change.

12) Harvest reports are filed by each member after each outing. Theses reports are made available so that you can choose the best land for your needs.

13) Hunting land leases are culled on a constant basis to ensure quality and availability to all our members. We know quality hunting land leases are a key factor in our business and we actively seek and gladly accept input from our members as to where they want to go, what they want us to look for, and what they think of where they have been.

14) Your club membership is transferable. If you decide that you no longer can or want to be a member of CCOC, then you have the right to sell your membership in order to recoup your investment.

15) You’ll meet people like yourself, people who like to do the same things you do.
